Nathoo Dental Care has been serving special care patients in care facilities and private homes in Vancouver and Victoria since 1997.
The practice specializes in mobile dentistry for seniors, especially those with mental and/or physical challenges. Most dental services can be provided on-site through the use of equipment especially designed for mobile use.
Our philosophy is to provide patients and their families a holistic approach to restoring and maintaining their oral health. Treatment is typically conservative taking into consideration a patient's age and medical status.

Many foods impact oral health. Dr. Nathoo reviews patient's diet and advises on what dietary changes can make a difference to their oral health.

Although infrequent, dental emergencies happen. Dr. Nathoo is able to provide emergency services as appropriate when a patient is in need.
Emergency services may include telephone management, dental exams, and or dental treatment.

My mother is bedridden & can't move onto a dental chair? Can Dr. Nathoo provide dental service to her?
Yes. Dr. Nathoo has mobile equipment and is able to perform most procedures at beside. He can also work on wheelchair bound patients.
Does Dr. Nathoo use sedation?
Dr. Nathoo has experience managing patients that are mentally and physically challenged. Most of the time, he does not need to use sedation; however, in some circumstances oral sedation may be used.
Does Dr. Nathoo provide estimates for the cost of dental treatment?
Dr. Nathoo will always provide an estimate and obtains approval prior to performing any dental treatment.
I am concerned about my mother as she doesn't understand everything. Can I be involved in her dental treatment?
Dr. Nathoo welcomes involvement of the family/decision makers. He is happy to accommodate family members who would like to be present during treatment.
What is Dr. Nathoo's fee structure? How does payment work?
Dr. Nathoo's fees are aligned with an out of office fee guide set up by the British Columbia Dental Association. For your convenience, we accept payment by visa, mastercard and e-transfer.
